This phase consists in gathering existing Christians in houses and make them stronger in God’s Word, teaching First Principles1 (ITEA/BILD).
There would also be direct evangelising (classical ; flyers, events, etc.) and indirect (friendship, involvement in charities, etc.) to have new converts grounded in the First Principles1.
This phase will also allow the discernment of future leaders (elders, deacons, Gospel ministers), and those who are/will be able to teach the First Principles1.
Tailored teaching will be offered to those in whom a potential will be discerned.
Let us bear in mind that the advantage of ITEA/BILD teaching is to be taught while ministering in your local Church.
At least one elder (already in post, or in training) in each house group.
Moreover, if the Leadership structure allows it, the plan is to multiply house groups, while ensuring that one elder (in post or in training) looks after believers and is there for edifying them.
